Model Conditions of Contract

The County Council has adopted standardised model conditions of contract where feasible, for particular contract areas such as:

Goods and Services
IT Support and Services
IT Supply and Support Services
Training

Therefore, with any tender documentation, tenderers will also be sent the relevant model conditions of contract in which they will be asked to confirm acceptance.

Where the contract is of a complex nature and/or extremely high value, it may be necessary for a bespoke contract to be drafted, in which case you should first seek advice from Staffordshire Procurement who will address the contractual issues with a legal representative. No officer outside of Legal Services is allowed to alter any of the model contracts.
