Development Sites
Staffordshire County Council owns and manages land and buildings across the County, that offer development opportunities and space to locate businesses.
143 hectares have been developed into successful employment sites which are home to major national and international brands. The sites support over 10,000 jobs across the County. Capital projects include Lymedale Business Park, Silverdale Enterprise Park, Staffordshire Technology Park and Towers Business Park - where Amazon have recently announced they will be locating to.
Future schemes that we are currently bringing forward that pose development opportunities include i54 South Staffordshire, Redhill Employment Park in Stafford, Kingswood Lakeside and the Triangle Site in Cannock. Watch this space for news of future sites.

Redhill Employment Park
Staffordshire County Council has recently submitted a planning application to Stafford Borough Council to develop a 43 acre (net) mixed use employment park at Redhill, Stafford. Our aim is to create a quality business park that offers accommodation to innovative, knowledge based companies, with the potential to create 2,600 jobs.

Kingswood Lakeside
Kingswood Lakeside is located to the south of Cannock, in close proximity to the Triangle Site. Opus Land have completed its new 40,000 sq ft BREEAM excellent rating building for Veolia Environmental who have now relocated to their environmentally efficient offices. Opus Land are also developing a new regional hub for APC Overnight with completion due by the end of the year. The remaining 31.71 acres are now available for future development.

Triangle Site, Cannock
The site is located just outside of Cannock Town Centre and will soon be available for a developer to purchase. The end use is envisaged for developments bringing low car usage, for example a car showroom or light industrial units.
