Economic Regeneration in Staffordshire

Inward Investment

Staffordshire is currently celebrating some major successes with Inward Investment, due to a comprehensive programme of land reclamation and regeneration, to create attractive employment sites and enterprise centres.

In partnership with other government agencies and funding schemes, significant improvements have been made, jobs and employment sites created and a further comprehensive forward programme of regeneration and development is underway.

Staffordshire now has the necessary infrastructure, particularly with the new M6 Toll road, to accommodate and support world class business with prime sites such as:

  • Chasewater Heaths Industrial Estate (Lichfield District)
  • Lymedale Business Park Phases I and II (Newcastle Under Lyme)
  • Staffordshire Technology Park - Phases I, II & III (Stafford)
  • Silverdale Business Park (Newcastle Under Lyme)
  • Towers Business Park (Rugeley)

Organisations within the County have worked together and combined their resources to support an Inward Investment Agency - InStaffs to promote the county and it's many and distinct advantages. All partners support and fund InStaffs (UK) Ltd in order to maximise the assistance and advice to potential investors, and ensure that a dedicated and first class service can be provided.
