i54 South Staffordshire is a fantastic investment opportunity for business – providing 220 acres of prime build-ready land right at the heart of the UK transport network.

The area has a skilled workforce on tap with easy commuting distance of the site. There's around 800,000 people within a 30 minute drive, and 2.7m people within a 60 minute commute. There's also nine universities in the West Midlands producing a graduate pool of 50,000.
The technology synergies are all there with the Midlands providing a hotspot for engineering, manufacturing and high tech entrepreneurial energy.
The region's universities and colleges are also on board. They have close links to the prosperity promotion team, creating a direct supply chain of expertise from lab to shop floor and board room.
Staffordshire County Council is dedicated to delivering a red carpet service for business. i54 South Staffordshire is a flagship investment site, where business investors will find a streamlined service to planning consent and business support.
